Dai Phuoc Lotus - Phase 2 villas launched successfully

On 24 October 2015, VinaLiving of VinaCapital, the Developer of Dai Phuoc Lotus, successfully organized a soft launch of the phase 2 of their Dai Phuoc Lotus Villas; 120 customers attended and 30% of the newly launched villas deposited.

Dai Phuoc Lotus Villas are the first phase of the landmark resort-style 200ha Dai Phuoc Lotus Urban Development, with a total investment of more than 64 million USD. To date, out of the 215 villas of phase 1 launched and sold, we have handed over 190 and welcomed the community of residents who are Vietnamese and foreign home owners.

The remainder 117 villas of the phase 2 are being launched at from VND 3.9 bill/villa ony, (bare-shell handover, VAT included), with a very flexible payment term of up to 24 months. The villas are detached and semi-detached, from 2-5 bedrooms on a spacious land whose area varies from 300 to 650 sqm, possesses contemporary tropical designs.
